WHY SHOULD YOU GET A HOME INSPECTION?
Nobody likes surprises, especially when it comes to unexpected repairs and problems with your new home. The best way to find out about the quality of your new home is to hire a home inspector. A home inspection is a an unbiased, independent review of a house. Many home buyers use their inspection report to have repairs made before they move in or to have the price of the home dropped. If the home checks out aok, then the inspection becomes a solid peace of mind. These days, more and more home sellers are opting for pre-sale home inspections to give them a head start on the sale of their house. A pre-sale inspection can show you what repairs need to be addressed before marketing your house as well as limiting your liability for unknown defects and dangers in your house.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A HOME INSPECTION?
